Prediction
We've taken a look at the form guide and decided to take a stab at a prediction for this contest (if we're any good at it we might do it for some others too!)
So our top three is:
- Co-operative Funeralcare - with a 1st at this contest last year and recent good performances at the West Lothian Festival of Brass and the Scottish Championship we expect Co-operative Funeralcare to be well in the running.
- Whitburn - with their fantastic results so far this year with 1st place in the West Lothian Festival of Brass and the Scottish Championship along with a solid result in the Grand Shield, Whitburn must be contenders.
- Newtongrange - a disappointing 7th in this competition last year, but stunning form in 2013 with 1st in the Senior Trophy and the Scottish Championship First Section means Newtongrange have a solid chance of a top 3 finish.
