A word about the data we hold about you and how it is used.

What data is collected?

When you join Empty Chairs the following personal data is collected:

  • email address
  • band name
  • phone number
  • postcode of band room

In addition profiles can be enriched with Facebook, Twitter and YouTube details. Premium accounts have the ability to customise their profiles further.

All this information is stored in the website database, and all this data is publically listed on the bands profile and any adverts/news that you publish.

In addition for premium upgrades we are aware of you PayPal email address. This is not stored on the website and is only stored on PayPal who have their own GDPR policy.

Deleting Data

If you wish to have any data deleted please email us at press@emptychairs.co.uk from the email address associated with the account and we will delete all your data from the site and our records.
