The rehearsals and sectionals are well under way at Foden's as they prepare for the defence of their British Open Title on the 7th September.
It will be a busy time for the Cheshire based band as following the Open on the 8th September they will be sharing the stage at Symphony Hall in Concert following a number of years absence with Black Dyke and Cory.
A spokesman for Foden's told Empty Chairs: "We are looking forward to teaming up with Allan Withington again who will be arriving on Saturday for a week of rehearsals as well as the Sunday concert."
The following week they will be performing the Gala Concert at the Bridgewater Hall, Manchester again with Black Dyke and on Sunday 3rd November Foden's will be holding their annual self promotional concert at the Victoria Hall, Hanley with the Foden's Youth Band as well as the 250 strong 'Can't Sing Choir'
