Adventurers in Music will be at the Royal Cornwall Show tomorrow, June 6th in in BBC Tent from 11.15am - 11.45am.
It is, a remarkable live event that sees the fusion of theatre and brass and silver band music, in a new piece of writing looking at Cornish copper mining in the 1860s. A new piece of work by Jane Pugh, with original brass and silver band scores composed by Simon Dobson, Adventurers in Music follows the story of Matthew, a thinker, and those around him, we see the effects of copper mining on their community.
With live performance, live bands, music workshops, as well as opportunities to take part in the action as community performers, Adventurers in Music is set to be a remarkable and day out for all the family.
