St Austell Town Band are delighted to welcome Jessica Powell-Jones to the cornet section. Jessica grew up in Cornwall playing with St Dennis Band; after moving away she played with bands such as Flowers, Kibworth and Sovereign Brass.
Having recently returned to Cornwall with her young family Jessica was delighted to be able to join a brass band who can offer flexibility and accommodate banding for people with family and work commitments.
We are also delighted to welcome Jessica’s daughter to the youth band as she hopes to follow in the footsteps of her mum.
