Sale Brass Band have announced that after six wonderful years under the direction of John Dickinson he will be retiring from his position of Musical Director at the end of August. 

A spokesperson for Sale Brass Band commentated, "It is with regret that we announce that John will be retiring from his position of Musical Director. The band owe a huge debt of gratitude to all John has done to progress and develop the band."
