KIRKBY LONSDALE BRASS BAND CONTEST
SUNDAY 15th JUNE 2014
The 27th Annual Kirkby Lonsdale Band Contest will take place in the Market Square on Sunday 15th June beginning at 11.00am with junior bands
This year we are introducing junior bands from Barrow in Furness, Sedbergh and Kirkby Lonsdale. Please come along and support them.
Following this section each of the main bands marches down the Main Street to the Market Square to play an own choice programme of march, hymn and own choice items. The event ends with a massed band programme of marches and hymns.
Admission to the event is free.
